Raiding & Honorable Combat
What is raiding?
Raiding is the act of entering another player’s home and stealing items from their containers.
Honorable Raiding
- Take only what you need.
- Leave item frames and armor stands be.
- Replant crops after harvesting.
- Replace all blocks you broke while entering a base.
- Leave enough animals for breeding when culling farms.
- Do not kill pets.
- Do not kill villagers.
Dishonorable Raiding
- Taking everything a player has, including things you do not need, such as building materials.
- Breaking chests and burning items, leaving the player helpless.
- Taking too many items from armor stands and item frames.
- Posting the coordinates of a player's home in public chat.
- Raiding players who have done nothing but be kind to you.
- Causing difficult to repair damage to bases.
- Breaking valuable blocks placed in the world.
- Raiding the same place too often.
- Killing pets/villagers.
What is combat?
Combat is the act of engaging in a fight with another player, also known as PvP or Player vs Player combat.
Honorable Combat
- Defending your home base from intruders.
- Only fight players who are of a similar power level to you.
- Only engage in combat with players who wish to battle with you.
- Players who are just trying to play on the server peacefully should be left alone.
- Do not kill new players or abuse their trust. They do not yet know who is friend and who is foe.
Dishonorable Combat
- Targeting and killing new players.
- Intentionally seeking to kill players who are weaker than you.
- Continuously harassing and killing the same player or group.
- Teleporting to newer players to kill them or kill others nearby.
- Abusing the trust of new players to gain entry into teams for malicious purposes.
- Killing players who have done nothing but be kind to you.
Participating in dishonorable raiding too often will result in receiving absolutely no support from staff.
If something goes wrong, we will not help you. You are on your own.
Participating in dishonorable combat too often will additionally result in the suppression of your TPA abilities.
Note: We may choose to take additional moderation action against you if we deem your behavior to be toxic or disruptive to our community. The above penalties may change at any time with or without notice, as circumstances change on Dragonstone.
