Spawn

All new players start off at spawn. Can also be reached with /spawn The spawn is located at 0,0 in the bottom of a valley. There are four different paths you can go from spawn. Going south from spawn will send you launching into the sky and out of the valley. You will land in the warzone. There you can find the public nether portal. North of spawn are some mushrooms. Hopping across those will lead you to The Dungeon Portal Room. To the east of spawn is the RTP Portal. And to the west is a warp that will send you to the grief examples. The grief examples show you what is and what isn't allowed on Dragonstone.
