The Overworld is the dimension the player first spawns in. Often venturing around exploring the bountiful lands, quickly finding the first house built on this reset by the admin coolham123. While perusing his home they find his lectern most often turned to the page 6 of 9 (nice!) which states stealing place blocks is against the rules next to the shiny diamond blocks. This is something called "A test" in this case it is to see if the likely new player has read the rules and won't steal the shiny diamond blocks. If they fail they often get jailed, leaving them plenty time todo /rules and read up on why they were jailed.
