Overview:

ImDummyThinn, also known as Tartaglia, is a player who claims to be a fish, and wields quite powerful water like abilities.

They are known by titles such as Harbinger, Tart, ETC. and actively hunts down annoying players. They have a calm and caring demeanor with the players they find fun or consider friends, and a gentle one with new players, but that tone quickly changes if Tartaglia finds the player annoying. Tartaglia once exposed coordinates belonging to the MKA over a grudge with a player named SSoy.

They are very active in chat and often seem aloof but can turn quite toxic when players who exude similar behaviors start making an appearance.

Their horns seem to be the source of their extreme water-based capabilities.
They can summon a hit scan water beam at very long range
They regen health much faster than others
They possess exceptionally high levels of Water affinity.
They have to feed on blood to use their abilities, however feeding isn't required to live, and only speeds up the casting process.
